Hi, I’m Jeff Lindley, the founder of JL Bookkeeping Design and a Virtual Bookkeeper based in Wisconsin—though I’m not a fan of winter!

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, and taking road trips with my wife and two kids. Indoors, I spend my time woodworking and playing billiards.

With over 20 years in Construction Business Management, I understand the daily challenges you face.

I saw too many businesses struggle with cash flow—leading to unpaid bills, closed vendor accounts, and delayed payroll—not due to a lack of funds, but poor processes and cash flow management.

That’s why I started JL Bookkeeping Design: to help businesses implement better processes, use innovative software, and maintain clear communication to achieve their goals.
